At K Couture Boutique, we strive to offer unique and exclusive styles in limited quantities. To ensure fairness and maintain our carefully curated inventory, we have a return policy designed to balance customer flexibility with our boutique’s inventory needs.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy with the following options:

Receive full store credit (which never expires) for your return.

Opt for a refund with a 30% restocking fee deducted from the total amount.

To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

Original tags must be attached.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, pet hair, deodorant, makeup, and food stains.

If you choose a refund, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted.

Why Do We Charge a Restocking Fee?

Our boutique carries highly limited stock to maintain exclusivity, with only two of each size per style. Because returns impact our ability to offer these styles to other customers, we charge a 30% restocking fee for refunds.

Additionally, to ensure customer safety and sanitation, all returned items must be professionally cleaned before being made available for sale again. The restocking fee helps cover the cost of dry cleaning and maintaining our high-quality standards.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

If you need a return label, we can provide one, but the cost will be deducted from your total refund or store credit.

Refund Type:

Store credit will be issued to your account and never expires.

We do not offer cash refunds.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Additional Policy Details

Homecoming Sales: To maintain exclusivity and a unique style for each school, ALL HOMECOMING SALES ARE FINAL. This includes homecoming court suits, skirts, accessories, gloves, hats, and related items.

Return Time Frame: Items must be received back at our boutique within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please account for 5-10 days for transit time and use a tracking service when shipping your return.

Final Sale Items: Items purchased with a promo code, during a sale, or at a discount are final sale and not eligible for return. Seasonal items may be returned for store credit within 7 days, reflecting any promotional price.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date. After that, it will be considered wear and tear.

Incorrect or Missing Items: If your order is missing an item or contains the wrong item, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your package.
